I’ve read and heard so many horror stories from in the home buying process that gave me pause but I’m glad that I kept going through it. This process was so smooth and quick that I wasn’t ready. Working with Shonday actually taught me things I have been misinformed with about the whole process. Shonday was also very professional but knew when to be personal while keeping it 100% real. The way her optimism completely overshadowed my doubt was icing on the cake. I loved how responsive she was even though some things could’ve waited til the next morning. This woman fought on my behalf without me even knowing what was happening behind the scenes and I couldn’t be more appreciative. 10/10 recommend. Also in the midst of typing up this review I get a phone call from her just checking in on how things are going the house.
