I’ve read and heard so many horror stories from in the home buying process that gave me pause but I’m glad that I kept going through it. This process was so smooth and quick that I wasn’t ready. Working with Shonday actually taught me things I have been misinformed with about the whole process. Shonday was also very professional but knew when to be personal while keeping it 100% real. The way her optimism completely overshadowed my doubt was icing on the cake. I loved how responsive she was even though some things could’ve waited til the next morning. This woman fought on my behalf without me even knowing what was happening behind the scenes and I couldn’t be more appreciative. 10/10 recommend. Also in the midst of typing up this review I get a phone call from her just checking in on how things are going the house. It’s the type of relationship you should definitely have with your realtor and I was extremely blessed to have her as mine.

Shonday Moore is a great realtor who has help me with everything from start to finish. She has even helped me with some minor adjustments I had to make prior to applying for a loan. Mrs. Moore was very meticulous and calculated with her approach to helping me prepare for applying for a loan, after applying for a loan, as well finding the best lenders to put me in great position for my first time home purchase. Mrs. Moore had me so prepared I was waiting on the lenders instead of the lenders waiting for me. I was prepared with all the documentation that was required as well. Thanks to Mrs. Moore I knew the process to the point I thought I might be able to be a realtor too. She was very straight forward and honest about everything dealing with the purchase of my home.
